Listed below are scheduled trainings/webinars the NWOCA Fiscal Services Department is conducting for our members currently on Redesign State Software. Please click on the Training Topic to access the registration for that session.

9:00am-11:00amWebinarUSASReports This session will walk users through generating a report, how to setup save and recall, all the options in the Report Manager as well as the Custom Report Creator. There will be time to work on individual report customization if desired.

 

9:00am-12:00pmWebinarUSPSPayroll Followup ProcessingThis training will guide you through processing you do on a regular per pay basis - such as retirement reporting and creating your deduction checks. 

 

9:00am-10:00amWebinarUSASReceipts and RefundsThis training will provide an overview of processing Receipts and Refunds as well as give helpful tips on cloning, reversing and doing advanced query searches.

 

8:30am-11:30amWebinarUSASBudgetingThis session will walk users through the Budgeting process of creating scenarios, promoting the scenarios and applying the budgets. There will be time to work on individual budget sheets if desired. 

Redesign Touch base meetings are held on the first Wednesday of every month (unless otherwise noted) at 8:30am via webinar. An agenda and connection information is emailed to Redesign users normally the day before the meeting.
