Starting with Chrome version 37, Google has disabled a feature in the web browser that is required to add attachments in the Outlook Web App (dwa.nwoca.org). They have provided a work-around that will re-enable this feature. Details on that workaround are provided here:
- https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=408203 (comment #14)
- Chromebook fix: add "ShowModalDialog_EffectiveUntil20150430" (without the quotes) to the Web Platform section under Device Management > Chrome > User Settings
The workaround will work until May 2015, when Google will permanently disable the feature. In the meantime, we will check with Microsoft to see if there are any plans to address the issue from the server side. If you have any questions, please let us know.
We have confirmed that this affects the following:
- Adding attachments
- Click the "To" button in the Compose window
